When you begin your search for Idaho senior photography, there are a few things to look out for. This is an extremely fun, exciting, and transformative time in your child’s life, so you want to make sure you find a photographer to match that! I approach senior photography in a way where I know they are going to feel relaxed enough to be able to have fun. Of course, the most important thing is making sure to capture this moment in time before they go off into the world of adulthood.
Outdoor sessions like these are incredible because they allow us to make the most of all the beautiful nature around us. I think it’s also a lower-stake environment for your child to feel comfortable! Having a camera pointed at you isn’t the most natural thing in the world. I encourage kids to let loose and be themselves, especially on senior photo sessions. This is such a pivotal time in their life, I want to make sure they feel as special as possible.
With senior photos, it’s important to have a lot of variety. Close-ups, wide shots, and of course some featuring their hobbies and interests! Looking back years later, your kiddos can look back and remember what was most valuable to them and their lives at the time. Before they make the next big leap into an exciting new chapter, document the moments that matter.
