It’s easier than you’d think to photograph a lifestyle family session on film with flash! I have so many of these to share, but in my latest One Light Many Looks post here, I show you what you can achieve with 1-2 low cost flash units, a set of triggers, and my Contax 645. This artificial light set-up costs less than $300 and it all fits in my camera bag! Talk about portable!

I discovered how amazing these little flash units were back when I ditched my studio around 2018 and was sick of lugging a huge strobe and softbox around. You don’t need all that equipment to create beautiful soft light. It’s all in how you use your equipment.
