Both kids wanted to try out t-ball this year, so we signed them up through the North Seattle Baseball League. Although many of the practices leading up to the games were rained out, they were excited to play their first game this week and practice what they’ve learned so far.
Isaac ended up just playing outfield one inning but was intently observing the older kids hustle and promptly started hustling after the ball himself. Ready position for a lot of the kids meant squatting, or practically sitting, in the grass. It was so cute to watch!
Ella was participating in every aspect of the game. She was at bat twice, and played left field while on the defense. She got the ball a couple times and wowed all present with her great throws!
Here are a few photos from the game. Go Red Sox!
