Portrait Photography Pricing*: A $150 session fee covers the time and talent of the photographer for a family of four. It lasts 1-2 hours at the location of your choice, and includes over 100 digital photos taken during your session. It also includes proof selection and re-touching, and creation of a private viewing gallery. A Newborn session is $200, as this allows more time for feedings and diaper changes. Up to 100 photos from your session are uploaded into your personal online gallery on my website. The minimum print order for portrait sessions is $200.

*If the chosen location is further than 20 miles from Seattle, an additional $50 is added to the session fee due to increased drive time and fuel costs. An additional charge of $20/person is added to the session fee if more than 4 are present due to the increased time it takes to include all persons.

Wedding Photography Pricing: Wedding coverage starts at $1,500. This includes a complimentary Engagement Photo Shoot and 6 hours of my time and talent during your wedding day. As with a portrait session, it also includes proof selection and retouching, and creation of a private on-line gallery of all proofs that you can invite family and friends to view. The minimum print order for weddings is $500. Contact me for additional coverage pricing.

Do you have a minimum order?

Yes. This is due to the amount of work involved with the photo session, proof selection and retouching, and creation of the online gallery. The minimum order is $200 for portrait sessions and $500 for weddings.

How do I order online?

Online ordering is recommended, and it is as easy as online viewing. Select your favorite proofs by clicking on them. This will add them to your My Favorites page. When selection is done, click on the shopping cart. This will show all your selected photos. For each photo, select from the menu the type of print (paper or canvas) and size you would like. Not only is ordering online convenient for you and your family, but it enables me to provide you with high-quality prints through a professional lab. Labs excel in generating color and contrast consistency, correct density, and dust spotting while using nice archival photographic paper and canvas products. You are spending time and money to get beautiful photographs taken, so allow me to get you the best print possible.

Prints can be ordered with or without borders. All portrait pricing includes simple retouching to provide the best quality photograph possible. All purchases online can be made through Paypal. Please add 8.8% Washington State sales tax to all print orders.

Can I purchase the digital negatives?

Yes, you can. Each CD of high-resolution digital proofs is $200 (a CD holds up to 150 high-resolution photos). Wedding proofs are typically burned on 3 to 4 CD’s. CD's can also be purchased online under 'Packages'.

I have ordered prints through the online gallery. When can I expect my order?

Each picture is custom printed to create a beautiful image you will remember for a lifetime. To allow for this, expect prints to be ready within 1-2 weeks.

Payment Policies:

To confirm a portrait or wedding appointment, 30% down is required, the other 70% due at the time of the session. Print or CD purchases require payment at the time of order. All payments can be made through Paypal or by personal check to Kim Hildebrand Photography.
