When should I schedule my session?

Maternity sessions are best scheduled about one month before your due date, when your bump is round and beautiful but you’re not too uncomfortable.

Infant sessions are best scheduled earlier in the day, right after a nap and feeding when they are the most relaxed and content.

Newborn photographs are ideally scheduled within one week of life. Newborns change every day and they don’t stay tiny (or sleepy!) for long, so we have a limited amount of time to capture this early stage in your child’s life.

Most seniors schedule their sessions well in advance of submitting their final photos for the yearbook deadline. Yearbook deadlines for submission are usually at the beginning of your child’s senior year, in September or October. I recommend booking the session from December to early summer to allow for ample time.

 

What can I expect during my session?

No two sessions are alike. Sessions are meant to be unstructured, spontaneous and fun! You’ve put a lot of time into planning a session, and now you’re stressed because you want your kids to behave and SMILE. But we don’t want it to be forced. As you and your kids relax, have fun and get to know me, I can start capturing the fun memorable moments of them that you have enjoyed viewing on my blogsite.

 

When will my photos be ready to view?

Two to three weeks after your session, I will send you a private password to view proofs in your own personal online gallery through my website. Your proofs will be availabe for viewing for two weeks during which time we will have an in-person or phone product consultation. This is scheduled to help you decide on the best products & packages available to suit your needs and help answer your questions.

 

Can I purchase the digital negatives?

Yes. A range of digital negatives are included in several of my product packages. They are also available for purchase separately. To see my digital negative and product rates, please contact me by clicking on the contact button at the top of my website.

 

How do I order online?

Click on the Client Login button on the left-side tab. Enter your personal password. View your proofs by selecting one of several viewing modes at the bottom of the screen. Narrow down your favorite proofs by clicking on ‘Favorites’. When you are done selecting your favorites, click on the favorites button at the top to narrow down your selections or add items to your shopping cart. To add items to your shopping cart, click on the shopping cart icon below the photo. You can then choose the product or group of products that make up the discounted package you’d like to order from the drop down menus. Once you are done adding items to your shopping cart, follow the online instructions to make your secure payment via Paypal. Currently, albums and other specialty products including mini-accordion books and baby announcements can be ordered offline through contacting me directly.

 

I have ordered prints through the online gallery. When can I expect my order?

Each photo is custom printed to create a beautiful image you will remember for a lifetime. To allow for this, expect prints, canvases, and press products to be ready within 2-3 weeks. Expect albums to be ready in 4 weeks.
